Gs1300 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by gs1300. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the gs1300 platform through our website or mobile app, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document, as well as any amendments in force from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gs1300 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The gs1300 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Users below the minimum age are not permitted to register or use any services on this platform. gs1300 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

2. Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the gs1300 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation.
Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. gs1300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. gs1300 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a user's own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the gs1300 support team immediately. Users are advised to use a strong password and never share their login credentials with anyone.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gs1300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately, with or without notice, if the user is found to have violated any of the terms set out in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In the event of account closure due to a breach, gs1300 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance in that account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any valid and eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the necessary security checks.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Gs1300 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Registering under a false identity or using another person's personal information
- Using automation software, bots, or systems to manipulate the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the gs1300 system
- Transferring funds between accounts for third-party risk management purposes
- Using the platform for money laundering activities
- Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Make deposits and withdrawals using verified payment methods
- Contacting customer support for legitimate assistance
- Accessing platform content via your personal device
- View your transaction history and account details
- Using the limit-setting features provided by the platform
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the gs1300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are personally owned.
Deposit Policy
Deposits can be made via payment methods approved by gs1300, including Malaysian eWallets and online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. gs1300 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
All successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. gs1300 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals may only be processed to the account or payment method registered under the same name as the gs1300 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Gs1300 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and are subject to internal security reviews.
Refunds & Transaction Disputes
Users wishing to dispute a transaction must contact the gs1300 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. gs1300 will investigate each dispute and inform the user of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Any attempt to initiate an unauthorised credit card chargeback or refund will be treated as fraud and may result in account closure and legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Gs1300 Limitation of Liability
Gs1300 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of its services. gs1300 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.
Gs1300's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user into their account within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gs1300 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of gs1300 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or use any such content without prior written permission from gs1300.
Third-Party Links & Services
The gs1300 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment providers, game providers, and technology infrastructure. gs1300 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Gs1300 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the date of the most recent update. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
Where gs1300 considers a change to the terms to be significant, we will endeavour to notify users via their registered email address or an in-platform notification. However, failure to receive such a notification does not exempt users from the responsibility of complying with the latest terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the gs1300 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
